Effective writing plays an important role in working with, and marketing toward developers. It needs to be laser focused on the technical goal, but also entertaining and fluid enough to keep people around till the end. During my time at Xero I'd work with the community and uncover themes that i'd then organize and create content around. Video, writing, or code. Sometimes all three :)
I've also responded to 162 community threads and ~ 50 stack overflow questions - during my time not spent certifying applicatiuons for the Xero APP Marketplace.
